 Do I need a referral?
A physician referral is not necessary. You can contact Apex Psychology Clinic directly to make an appointment. A free 15-minute phone consultation is offered to determine if Apex Psychology is a good fit for you. 

How Long are Sessions and What is the Cost?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are scheduled on the hour. Fees for a 50-minute session are $235.

Are Psychologists’ fees covered by Insurance?
Many extended health benefit plans will reimburse you for part or all of the services. Please check with your insurance carrier directly for details on their coverage for sessions with a Psychologist. 

What is the Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, 24 hours of notice is needed. In the event of a late cancelation or “no-show” clients will be charged the full amount of the session.
