At some point in our lives, we may struggle to make sense of things -- it may be due to unexpected life events, a medical diagnosis, problems in our personal relationships, or even difficulty coping with our own feelings or thoughts. Whatever the reason, if you feel stuck or overwhelmed, you don't have to face these challenges on your own. As a psychologist, I am here to help guide you through these difficult periods. Working together to make meaningful changes in your life may involve learning new skills, tuning into your strengths, and/or developing insight into patterns of behaviour that hold you back. There are many paths forward, but they all require us to take that first courageous step.
If you know you would like things to be different but don't know how to get there, please reach out to book an initial phone consultation.
